STOMACH STRETCHES

Stretch marks are those marks that show a person at their bodies in the form of a purple or a yellow mark. They can appear at any random point in the bodies of a person, and here we can go on to discuss the person having a stretch mark at his stomach. If a stretch mark is quite old in its term of lifetime, then look to it that the mark becomes light until the white mark is the only thing that is left for a person to see out. It is usually the persons that have an unusually high rate of the body weight loss, and that cause the people to see only a white mark on the body of a person.
stomach stretches   One of the most common examples includes the people who have building their body of late. A sudden stretching of the skin causes the thing to occur, as we have already mentioned here. The quickly stretched skin, makes it sure that there is no replacement in the collagen that is stretched naturally. And hence, it results into a scar that cannot be able to fulfill properly and that is created from under the dermal layer of a skin. The body can easily recover from any sort of damage. However, it is also imperative that the skin is being administered to a regimen of proper diet as well as the stable weight, and that is to be followed with the factor of skin care. People might see to it that there is a removal in the stretch mark on the skin, or rather, diminish in the size of the stretch mark is seen, even if the mark is left on to its own, for a substantial amount of time to heal. However, it is also to be seen that the white mark always remains visible on the skin of a person, even if he gets rid of the scar naturally.

How stretch marks occur?
Stretch marks are actually tears in the dermal layer of the skin. They are caused by weak collagen which are unable to accommodate the excessive stretching of the skin during pregnancy. They also occur during adolescence, a period of rapid growth, bodybuilding and to men and women who experience sudden weight gain. Stretch marks occur on tummy, breasts, hips, buttock, and thighs. If left untreated, stretch marks become permanent. Stretch marks happen to men and women, fat and thin, young and old. I have heard of young girls of 8 years old having stretch marks! Stretch marks don’t hurt but they are unsightly. Usually stretch marks don’t just fade away on their own, instead they tend to get worse over time.

Why do stretch marks appear?

-->
While some women start showing a tendency of developing stretch marks during puberty, others experience problems for the first time during pregnancy. As the woman’s abdominal area can be flat for the first four months of the pregnancy she can suddenly “catch up” during the fifth and sixth months, with extremely fast growth which subjects the abdominal skin to a significant amount of tension. In this situation the fetus is growing at a rate faster than the mother’s skin can keep up with, resulting in epidermal rupture leading to stretch marks. At the same, the mother may also experience dry and itchy skin caused by this stretching.

Adverse psychological effect of Stretch Marks

The most damage stretch marks do to you would be your self esteem. How often, when you look at yourself in the mirror, you wish your skin is smooth and unblemished? Instead, you dread to see yourself and the dark streaks of stretch marks on skin that was once beautiful and smooth. Is there hope for stretch marks? Can you reduce or even rid yourself of stretch marks within a short time? You can if you act now!

70% of Pregnant Women have Stretch Marks. Several studies have shown that stretch marks, dry and itchy skin are the top five causes of insecurity during pregnancy. These studies also show about 70% of pregnant women develop stretch marks, also called striae, dry and itchy ski n because of the rapid and sudden growth of their body. Are you one of them? Stretch marks are formed when underlying skin tissue and collagen are weak causing small tears in the epidermal surface. If not treated, these fine lines become deep scars.

Will I get Stretch Marks? Every person is unique and skin grows at different rates, causing some people to suffer from stretch marks more severely than others.
